Hydraulic equipment supplier Shosholoza Technologies will continue to focus on growing its existing client base, while also attracting new clients, says MD Amar Soodiyal.

However, he notes that while there has been a general recovery in the market, the ongoing challenge remains the lead times that are needed to secure procurement orders.

“Fortunately, we have maintained good partnerships with existing suppliers, and we’ve identified new networks both locally and globally to ensure we are able to deliver to our customers,” Soodiyal says.

He adds that the company will continue providing its high-quality brands, which it both imports and distributes, including hydraulic lifting equipment and tools, and hydraulic and pneumatic components, filters and powerpacks.

Shosholoza Technologies also provides technical and design support to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Being able to directly import its products from reputable overseas suppliers, which is reinforced by top technical expertise, is the company’s core strength, offering its clients both stock and competitive price advantages in the industry, Soodiyal says.

Shosholoza’s products can be used for any hydraulic application that needs linear or rotation movement, and can be used in, for example, mining machinery, agriculture, transport, rail, materials handling and more.
